GBM Provides Linux System Administration Training for GCC Professionals

GBM, as the first authorised Red Hat Linux Training Centre in the Gulf – has provided Linux System Administration training for IT professionals from around the Gulf region.
The four-day programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and ability to install Red Hat Linux and control common system, user and group administration tasks as well as perform basic security, system backup and trouble shooting activities.
“Red Hat Linux is gaining in popularity in the region and this course meets the needs of those who are adopting it within their organisations. We plan on providing a multitude of courses in order to keep the region up-to-date on the latest developments with the software,” said Hasan Asim, Manager Learning & Development Services, GBM.
The course was met with enthusiastic response and GBM will be offering a further course in August. More information can be obtained by contacting GBM or from www.gbm4ibm.com.
