GBM, as part of its continuing programme to enhance the skills of its staff, held two major courses for staff recently. Staff from throughout the region travelled to Bahrain and Dubai to attend the three day Effective Business Communications course which was presented by professional trainer Lisa Jones. Participants learned a customer-centric approach to business communications which involved the latest approach to coaching, including role-playing and videotaping.

GBM also organised a Professional Selling Skills training course for staff from all GBM locations. Trainers David Rossell and Ian Stoker have many years experience and imparted their wealth of knowledge to staff over three and five day courses held in Bahrain and Dubai.
